Payment term:

New customer:

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T after products complete finish. before shipment

Long term customer:

 Some buyer after cooperation 3-4 time if order everything is smooth

never cancel  or long delay shipping.

 we accept don't need deposit, just confirm sign PI start production

100% T/T after products complete finish.

Special customer:

 after long time cooperation if some buyer have very good credit record

 we can dicuss about some special payment term for example OA 15-30 days

Warranty Term: 

New or not often order Customer:

warranty time is after shipping 13 month

Send back defect item and we fix or renew (base on different item)

and shipping back to buyer, shipping cost each side tacke care

one time shipping cost.

Long term buying customer:

warranty time is after shipping 15 month

Buyer can optional shipping back defect model

and we direct credit note (refund) defect unit cost

in buyer next order PO.
